what are the proper care methods of a small one gallon lime tree. when will i see fruit. thanks

Derek,

Keep the soil moist but not soggy wet. Fertilize with a soluble plant food at the low "constant feed" label rate. Keep the plant in as much light as you can. Don't move it suddenly from bright sun to shade or vice versa. In a few months (later in the summer) move it up to the next larger container size. It will continue to bloom and produce fruit in cycles throughout most of the year. Bring it into a protected spot whenever a frost or freeze is forcast.
