Angie,

I am sorry for this delayed reply to your gardening question as we are transitioning to a new Q&A system. I hope this reply is not too late to be of help.

To plant gladiolus you need an area with lots of sunlight and a soil that is well drained. A little compost added to the soil is also good. Then plant the bulbs and keep the soil moist but not too wet. They need little extra fertilizer until they are up and growing then a little boost from a soluble product like Miracle Gro is fine.

Thanks for the question. Please stop in again soon!
