On the side of my house are meters that I would like to hide somehow. They are close to the front of the house, and on the corner of the front and side I already have spiral juniper. Do you have any suggestions as to how to hide the equipment? Thank you.

Meters have to be accessible for reading and for maintenance work, so to some extent they are hard to hide completely. Be careful and note if there are any underground utilities near the meters as this may also limit your ability to dig for planting in that area. You might tbe able to hang a camouflaging lattice type panel in front of them or enclose them in a box cabinet that is painted to match your house. If you intend to plant, the problem is that anything big enough to block their view will also impede access to them. Maybe you could try something on a trellis, perhaps a clematis depending on which way this side faces, and set the trellis at a distance from the wall. Your local professional nurseryman should be able to suggest plants that will grow well in that exposure.
