Tulips can be deadheaded, meaning snip off the faded flowers. Leave the foliage in place to grow and mature and eventually turn brown and dry out. Once it is dried up, go ahead and remove the leaves too. The bulbs rebuild their strength through their foliage so it is important to let it grow.
