Thuja occidentalis 'Danica' is just a small growing shrub, maturing at about two feet tall and wide. It has a neat and tidy globe shape naturally without pruning. I personally do not think this would be a good candidate for topiary shapes. If you want to try that you might look into dwarf Alberta spruce or junipers or yews. Your local nursery staff may have some additional suggestions.
