Cold Frame - Knowledgebase Question

I would like to purchase a cold frame or can I get plans to build one.

Please check with your local store to see if they have these in stock, they may also have books that include plans in them. Keep in mind that a cold frame can be as elaborate or as simple as you wish. Some gardeners improvise one by setting straw bales or cinder blocks in a rectangle and topping that with an old storm window, for example. (If you do this make sure to weight down the lid so it will not blow off in a gust of wind.) At home, I use my east facing porch instead of a special cold frame.
