| Please check with your local store to see if they have these in stock, they may also have books that include plans in them. Keep in mind that a cold frame can be as elaborate or as simple as you wish. Some gardeners improvise one by setting straw bales or cinder blocks in a rectangle and topping that with an old storm window, for example. (If you do this make sure to weight down the lid so it will not blow off in a gust of wind.) At home, I use my east facing porch instead of a special cold frame.
