Question: Which Azalea's can take full sun or afternoon sun?

Answer: Rutherford hybridss are some of the most heat and full-sun tolerant azaleas. They won't tolerate temperatures below 20F, however. Of the Rutherford's, you can choose 'Alaska' (white with chartreuse blotch); 'Constance' (light orchid pink); 'Dorothy Gish' (brick red); 'Firelight (rosy red); 'L.J. Bobbink' (orchid pink); 'Purity' (white); 'Rose Queen' (deep pink); and 'White Gish' (very pale pink fading to white).
