I want to buy 2 of these and keep them to a 3' to 4' height and the same in width. Can I do this and prune when? Will they get woody? Where can I purchase 2?

Prunus x cistena grows to be 6 to 10 feet tall and 6 to 8 feet wide, it is somewhat like a multistemmed tree with age. So I do not think you will be able to prune it successfully over time to maintain it at half its normal size. Instead, I would suggest you work with your local retailer and/or county extension to identify which plants would mature in the size range you need, grow well in the spot where you want to plant them, and also meet your design goals. There is a dealer locator (by zip code) to help you with contact information.
