Small growing shrubs - Knowledgebase Question

I need shrubs that grow 3 feet tall and about 3 feet wide, that keep their leaves in the winter. What options do I have.

There are many plants you could consider. You might consider some of the Buxus microphylla japonica cultivars or a smaller holly such as "Little Rascal" for example. Your local professional nurseryman and/or county extension might have additional or different suggestions based on a more detailed understanding of the growing conditions at the planting site as well as your design goals.
