| I recently planted Pam's Choice Foxglove. Is this a perennial or a biennial? It is almost finished blooming. If I cut back the stalks now, will it rebloom or should I wait until the fall to cut them back? |
| This is a biennial. If you deadhead or remove the faded blooms on the main stem leaving behind side stems with buds, there may be further blooming, yes. The next blooms will be smaller. If you want to let it set seed and reseed, then you should not deadhead it completely. Since it will die off this winter, it doesn't really matter what you do this fall.
