I am interested in purchasing a Pyracantha coccinea shrub and make it an espalier. I know an established one is better. I am having difficulty finding it. Can you help or direct me to find one direct from the grower.

Thank you for asking but Monrovia is a wholesale only nursery. I would suggest you use the retailer locator (searchable by zip code) if you want to keep searching. They are independent stores and each one will have its own selection of plants.

I should mention that if you want to make an espalier to fit in a certain spot, in my experience it is actually better to train it yourself from a young plant and get a custom fit with the right proportions to the space. Also, I should mention that this plant will probably not be fully evergreen for you (in case that makes a difference to your plan). Your zip code places you in zone 6A which depending on your microclimate could be as cold as zone 5. For this reason I would suggest you select a more cold tolerant cultivar that is hardy into zone 5 such as Kasan, for example. Good luck with your project!
