I have an over growth of Mimosa trees at the edge of my yard. I have cut them down and used brush killer on the new growth and nothing seems to stop them from coming back. What do you recommend?

John,

The brush killer should work if you use a product for brush control or poison ivy control and apply it according to label directions. It may take two or three applications over time to fully kill the stumps. Digging the stumps out will also work although some of the roots left behind may sprout but these would be smaller, weaker, easier to dig or spray plants.
