I am germinating palm seeds (brahea armata). I sowed the seeds in the seed bed in a poly greenhouse four months back. There are no signs of germination. What is the problem? I observed the endosperm and it is okay.

Seeds of the Mexican Fan Palm can take 6-8 months to germinate. Looks like you're half-way there! Just be patient and the seeds should sprout. Next time you sow palm seeds, pre-soak them for 2-3 days and germination will be several weeks shorter.
