| I want to plant the Hetz Midget Arborvitae right up to the front of my house and I was wondering if I had to worry about the roots growing under my home? Also my septic is in my front yard and will the root's grow into that as well? |
| The arborvitae will only reach 2 to 4 feet in height and 3-5 feet wide. The roots of these small shrubs will barely reach 6-8" into the soil. You can plant them quite close to your house and the roots should not grow deep enough to come anywhere near your septic drainfield. |
