I bought a single agapanthus plant several years ago and it was in bloom at the time I purchased it and has never bloomed again. I used Miracle Grow Bloom Booster and nothing happened and I absolutely swear by that stuff. Do you have to have more than one plant to get blooms? What am I doing wrong?

I don't think you're doing anything wrong. Your agapanthus probably isn't getting exactly the sun exposure that it prefers. If you have it in full sunshine, move it to a site where it will get some afternoon shade; if you have it in a shady spot, move it to where it will get at least some morning sunshine. Agapanthus prefers soil on the slightly moist side and will be happy with a slightly acidic soil pH. Try topdressing with peatmoss and fertilizing with an acidified fertilizer. I think the combination of lowering the soil's pH and giving it a partly sunny exposure will do wonders. I hope so!
