My Bridal Bouquet Abelia has established roots and is green and healthy looking.... but it is not flowering. I planted it last July 2004.
It does not even have buds to indicate that it will flower this summer.
I looked at the information card you gave. It is in full and partial sun I water and feed it like my other plants and like I said it looks nice and healthy the greenery looks great...just no flowers.
Please let me know what I should do.

It sounds to me as though you're doing everything right; it's planted in the right place and is getting adequate water and fertilizer. I think the only thing left is to wait until it is mature enough to bloom. You may see a few flowers later this summer but surely by next spring it should bloom prolifically. Enjoy it when it does!
