Question: I have a Magnola Bush with huge buds. Should I leave these on or break them off? (It is December 30)

Answer: No, no, no! DO NOT BREAK THEM OFF! They are the flower buds all ready to give you pleasure next spring. <br><br>Magnolias rarely require pruning. If it ever becomes necessary, it should only be done in the spring AFTER they have finished blooming. <br>
