Surprisingly, the best time to seed a lawn is in the fall. This allows the grass to become established during the cooler weather at a time when it it is usually somewhat rainy as well. You may find the following information helpful as you begin planning and doing your soil preparation prior to seeding. You may need to cut and paste the complete url into your browser to make it work correctly.

Good luck with your new lawn!
