Would it be ok to plant blueberry and raspberry bushes in the spring (if yes, early or late spring) or should I wait to next fall?

Sure, both blueberries and raspberries can be planted in the spring. In fact that's the preferred time. Blueberries should be planted in early spring. Put the raspberries in after you've caught your breath as they are not as picky. (Prickly maybe, but not picky!) Mail order suppliers, such as Burpee, will ship the plants at the right time for planting in your zone.
