Some of the evergreen vines that will perform well in your area include Anemopaegma chamberlaynii (Yellow Trumpet Vine), Clematis armandii (Evergreen Clematis), Clytostoma callistegioides (Violet Trumpet), Gelsemium sempervirens (Carolina Jessamine), Lonicera (Honeysuckle), Passiflora (Passion Vine), Polygonum aubertii (Silver Lace Vine), and Thunbergia. Each of these produce flowers during spring or summer months, and all will grow in shade or full sun.
