Geraniums can react to fertilization by producing lots of foliage, at the expense of blooms. Hold off on fertilizer and make sure your geraniums are receiving all day sunshine. You can pinch the plants back to make them bushy and dense. Full sun, soil that's allowed to dry slightly between waterings, and no additional fertilizer should prompt your plants into blooming.
