| You can grow evergreen clematis, evergreen honeysuckle, or jasmine on your fence. While these perennials are getting established, you can plant annual vines such as morning glory or scarlet runner beans. Each will fill in the empty spaces while you wait for the evergreen vines to become established and grow large enough to cover the fence. Best wishes with your garden! |
