Privacy Fast Growing Evergreen - Knowledgebase Question

I need a fast growing evergreen. I would love to have some kind of vine to cover my 5ft. fence from the cars driving by my back yard. I live in Wenatchee, WA 98802; Please Help!

You can grow evergreen clematis, evergreen honeysuckle, or jasmine on your fence. While these perennials are getting established, you can plant annual vines such as morning glory or scarlet runner beans. Each will fill in the empty spaces while you wait for the evergreen vines to become established and grow large enough to cover the fence.
