The Q&A Archives: Azalea

Question: Are these plants suseptable to rabbits and other animals eating them?

Answer: Deer think that azaleas taste wonderful, but rabbits aren't especially interested in them. Rabbits tend to prefer the tender new leaves of annuals and perennials. If you have a problem with rabbits, you may have to cage your favorite plants to protect them from being nibbled.
