i planted pine trees in my back yard of my new home 2 years ago. I have added a fenced in area, and more foliage and am needing to move one of the trees, as it now grows in a busy area. I will only be moving it about 15' from it's original spot. Is this possible to do successfully?

In my experience it is very difficult to move an established pine tree, but you can try. I would dig it in late winter to early spring with as many roots as possible and replant immediately. If you really need a tree in the new location you might consider planting a new one there instead.
