We have what I have been told is a Ming aralia. I don't know how to take care of it and it is fading fast. Can you please help me with the care instructions so I can bring it back to its wonderful self? Thank you very much.

Ming Aralia (Polyscias) is a very popular houseplant and can grow to 6' in height. Provide average household temperatures (minimum 60F in winter), bright light but no direct sunshine, and water moderately from spring through autumn but sparingly during the winter months when growth slows. It likes humid conditions; misting the leaves will make it happy. Aralia does not like soggy soil, but the leaves will curl and drop if the soil is allowed to become too dry. For best results, water thoroughly when the soil just begins to dry out, but don't water again until the surface of the soil is dry to the touch. You can fertilize during spring and summer with a diluted liquid houseplant fertilizer (be sure to follow label directions). Best wishes with your plant!
