I recently received a butterfly bush for my birthday. I planted it as per the instructions. It had beautiful blossoms on it. They all have died. Do I cut them off? Will it bloom again? I lost one last year I don't want to lose this one.

Butterfly bush usually has one bloom season. However, trim it back after the bloom season to promote next year's bloom.
