| I bought a Monrovia TOLLESON`S BLUE WEEPING JUNIPER that is about 7 feet tall. It is staked to about 4 foot. The remaining 3 feet is weeping/arching drastically. Will this arch stay the same as it grows? Will the arch continue to grow sideways? Should I stake it higher? Or, is this just normal. I love the picture of it on you sight and on the card that came with the tree. It looks very graceful. Mine looks like a thin old man who needs a cane. Thank You |
| The curve in the trunk will remain where it is so if you want it higher, you'll need to stake it straight (to the point where you want the arch to be). You should be able to straighten it without harming it as long as the trunk is still pliable. When the bark grows rigid, it will hold the trunk in whatever position it is growing.
