I recently planted three Sterntaler Lance Leaf Coreopsis Plants by Monrovia.
I have noticed after a week one of the plants lost it's petals. The plant is green it just lost the petals. I am wondering- why this is? what can I do to bring back more blooms? Pruning? Fertilizer?

Coreopsis produces new flowers all season long. You can encourage their development by cutting off the spent flowers, along with some of the stem. Wherever you cut, two new flowering stems should appear. Enjoy your new plants!
