I live in Portland, Oregon. Fairly moderate winters and I am wondering how fast this variety of palm tree grows per year in feet?
I know it says

This is a faster growing palm, so relative to other palms it is considered to be fast. This means maybe a foot a year in California, a little faster than that, maybe two feet a year in warmer climates at the equator. In the Portland area, where summers are warm but short, I'd expect it to grow less than 12" per year.
