I would like to grow and cultivate some bougainvillea for our wedding arch next August. Any ideas, suggestions?

I think it's a wonderful idea! However, Bougainvillea is not winter hardy in your gardening zone so you'll need to keep it in a greenhouse. It won't grow indoors without special lighting, heat and humidity so I wouldn't attempt to keep Bougainvillea as a houseplant. Why not check with local nurseries? Sometimes they're willing to allow you to purchase plants and then leave them in their greenhouse until needed. Best wishes with your Bougainvillea and your wedding!
