The trees may be suffering from a little transplant shock. Try to keep the soil moist but not soggy wet. They should turn around soon and begin to put on new growth. Soggy soil conditions can promote dieback of roots due to a lack of oxygen as well as root rots. If the area is prone to standing water you may need to find a new location or bring in some soil to create a raised planting mound about 10 feet across.
