In spring I seeded and started growing well - it has now gone brown and looks like dead grass lying across the dirt. What can I do to revive my lawn?

Hilton,

Water is the main thing you new fescue lawn needs. Fescue hates summer but loves spring and fall if the seedlings were not large enough when summer started the heat can really set them back or kill them outright. Try to keep the area moist. In fall you can reseed the bare areas and it should establish much better then.
