Iris problem - Knowledgebase Question

I planted my Iris about 6 years ago, last year I divided and replanted the new bed bloomed great. This year the foliage grew great, but never bloomed. Some of this iris were added new last year. What should I do and what happened? Thanks,

I am sorry for this delayed reply to your gardening question. We are transitioning to a new Q&A system and your question was unfortunately lost in the transition. I have discovered it now and hope this reply is not too late to be of help.

Iris can be picky that way. Give them a little more time. Sometimes they bloom better when a little crowded. Fertilize them moderately...not too much. Make sure they are getting lots of sun.
