The Q&A Archives: Incorrect description

Question: I bought 9 of your "Blushing Knock Out" 'Radyod' Roses 6/3/05 and they were absolutely beautiful! According to the description which read, "non-stop display....from early summer to fall", I assumed this was an EVERBLOOMING plant....when in fact, this is a REPEAT bloomer. The term "non-stop" is VERY deceptive. I have been looking at those 9 plants for the last 3 weeks without a single flower on any. I am very upset because I did not get what I was led to believe, and now it's too late to return them. I have just discovered, after looking at your website, that you don't even use the term "everblooming" to describe your roses. I now have to go thru the trouble and expense of replacing the 9 rose bushes with "everbloomers".... and because of this, I will not buy anything from your nursery, since I would not know what I was getting due to your inaccurate descriptions. I just wanted you to know that I am truly disappointed, and I'm sure there are a lot of other customers out there who feel the same way!
