I just bought 3 green tower boxwoods. I want them to form a screen in front of my window. What is the recommended distance between the plants to form a screen? On average how much growth/height should I expect per year?

Green Tower boxwoods grow nine feet tall and remain only two feet wide, making them perfect for hedging screens. Space your plants 30-inches apart and they will grow together into a dense screen. These plants are moderately fast growing. You can expect them to reach 5 feet high in 5 years.
