| I have two 5X20 foot areas available for flowers located directly in front of a 4 foot white picket fence. I prefer flowers that bloom up till frost, probably mostly annuals since most perennials have short blooming seasons. Do you have or know of any good books that give details of such layout patterns? Can you suggest some good ideas? I've purchased seeds from Burpee's for 30 years and found them to be superb. The patterns in the current catalog just don't quite seem to meet my layout.I'm open to some kind of multiple seed package/plants deal similar to those offered in your catalog. The planting area gets about 8-10 hrs of direct sun a day. I usually start most of my own plants under lights(for about 25 years). I would sincerely appreciate any help you could give. I'm tired of trying things that don't make a good colorful presentation. |
