| Christine, Stress will do that and I expect your summer drought is the primary cause. The rains you just had will likely bring some new growth. In the future during an extended drought give the area beneath and just beyond the branch spread a good soaking by applying an inch or more of sprinkler irrigation. You can use a rain gauge to figure out how long it takes to apply an inch. Thanks for the question. Please stop in again soon! |
