There are many large hostas. For foliage in the three foot range you could look at Krossa Regal (foliage at three feet tall and bloom stalks at six feet when well grown) which also does particularly well in deep shade. The so called "blue" hostas prefer deeper shade, so larger cultivars among these would be a good choice. Your local professional nursery staff should be able to show you a selection of hostas, there are thousands of different hostas available. Enjoy!
