I have some tulip bulbs that were accidental dug up, how do I take care of them.

If they were just dug you could replant them right away -- they should be dormant and not know they were moved. If they have been out of the ground for a while, you can store them at room temperature in a dry, dark and airy place on an open shelf for good air circulation. Replant them this fall.
