The closest thing I can find for your growing zone is WHITE LADY BANKS ROSE
(Rosa banksiae 'Alba Plena'). This is a vigorous evergreen climber with rich green foliage on thornless slender branches. Miniature, double, white blooms have a slight fragrance and are quite profuse. A fine selection for arbors. Full sun. Fast-growing, stems to 15 to 20 feet long and wide. While not cream colored, the white flowers are lovely, and suitable for cutting. Hope this works for you!
