I bought some Fragrant Olive and Ice Angels Camellia last week, and I am wondering those flowers could be planted outside over the winter. Our zoning is 6 (cliffside Park), in New Jersey. Do I need to move the plants into the house during the winter time?

Please let me know before I plant it.

Sweet Olive (Osmanthus) is hardy to 20?F (-7?C), will generally survive down to 10?F (-12?C) so it is not winter hardy in New Jersey and will need to be protected over the winter months. Camellia japonica Ice Angels is winter hardy (to zero degrees) and will grow nicely outdoors for you. Best wishes with your landscape!
