Answer: Champaca trees do grow large and it sounds as though yours are in need of pruning. But this might be a job for superarborist, not a job you should be doing. When the height and width of the tree is reduced, the flowering will be reduced, as well, but so will the seed production, which will lessen the debris that falls from the tree. I'm afraid that in order to have the fragrant flowers, you'll have to put up with falling petals, seed pods and leaves. It's worth it, don't you think??
