My trumpet vine has leaf spot. It is purplish in color. What do I do? Other wise it is healthy and blooming. This is the first year I've had it. Thank you

Based on your description I am not certain what you are seeing on the foliage. If just a few leaves are affected I would suggest you remove them and dispose of them in the trash and see if that stops it from progressing. If not, then I would suggest you work with your county extension to determine what it is more specifically and based on knowing that, decide if it needs to be treated, or not. Either way, this fall be sure to clean up and remove all of the old foliage and any prunings to limit sources of reinfection for next year. I hope it is nothing serious.
