When is the best time for planting Endless Summer hydrangeas? Are they still available in my area?

In my experience it is better to plant hydrangeas in the spring however they can also be planted successfully in September. Be sure to mulch it well in late fall and also provide winter wind protection. Unfortunately, I have no way to check which plants the retailers in your area would have in stock on hand -- they are independent stores and they all carry their own selection of Monrovia (and other) products. You would need to check directly with them and see. There is a zip code based dealer locator at the web site to help with contact information.
