Schefflera is a difficult houseplant to propagate. You can take stem cuttings in the summer, dip the end in rooting hormone, and place in potting soil. The cuttings will require bottom heat to root, so use a heating cable or root zone heat mat. Your success rate may be low, but it's worth a try.
