| Ice Plant (Mesembryanthemum) is native to South Africa and will not tolerate your winter weather. A similar looking plant suitable for your area is Portulaca, or rose moss. Although it is considered an annual plant, it makes a colorful ground cover and reseeds reliably if winter kills it down to ground level. |
