Question: We purchased two dwarf alberta spruce topiaries from our local nusery, Ford's Seed Store, in March. Both toparies are dead. We adjusted the container drainage after consulting with the folks at Ford's but the plants' health did not improve. A gardener friend looked at the plants and saw evidence of mites. If what she pointed out to us were mites then the plants were infected when we purchased them. Ford's has firmly told us that they do not guarantee the plants. Do you as the supplier guarantee your products? Thanks for your help in this matter.
