My friend has a female, fruit-bearing weeping mulberry tree that has beautiful dark berries on it. She purchased it a few years ago and has no idea where she got it. I would like to find one, I'm not interested in the fruitless one. I live in Nova Scotia, Halifax area. Thank you |
Wish I had a source for you but the fruiting mulberry (Morus alba) is generally available through nurseries specializing in fruit trees. Most gardeners do not want to deal with the dropping fruit, so the male variety is the most commonly sold. Try a websearch with the botanical name and you may find a retailer in your region. Hope so! |
