I planted about 20 climbing roses last year, they have grown, but most all have not bloomed at all! Why? |
You didn't say where you planted the roses or if you've fed them, so the two most probable causes for non-flowering are insufficient sunlight (roses need 8 hours a day), or too much nitrogen fertilizer (which results in lots of vegetative growth, at the expense of flowers). So, if your roses aren't getting enough sunlight, or they've been overfed, that would explain their non-flowering. |
