Teddy Bear Magnolia was once marketed under the name Southern Charm. It grows 16 to 20 ft. tall, 10 to 12 ft. wide and produces white flowers from summer through fall. You can see a photo on the Monrovia website. Go to the catalog search page and type Magnolia Grandiflora Southern Charm. You'll find the page of attributes plus several photos. The photos are specimen shots, not landscape shots, but you can expect the tree to be twice as high as a single story home or about to the roof line of a two story home. Best wishes with your landscape!
